These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Ambassador" where applicable) and Fixity Health ("Fixity Health," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 5036 Dr. Phillips Blvd, Suite 203, Orlando, FL 32819. They incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy and any program rules, order forms, or policies we publish. If any separate written agreement you sign with us conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that subject.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to purchase from us or enroll as an Ambassador. The Fixity Ambassador Program is currently offered only to residents of the United States. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with all laws that apply to you, including any rules of your employer or any professional body you belong to.
The Fixity Ambassador Program (the "Program") is a referral and marketing program. As an Ambassador, you are given a personal Ambassador website, personalized referral tracking (including free reports and other marketing assets tied to your account), a back-office dashboard, and done-for-you marketing materials. When a customer you refer purchases an eligible Fixity Health product or membership, you may earn a share of the profit on that sale as described in Section 5.
Fixity Health handles payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, digital delivery, renewals, returns, and customer service for all customer orders. You are not responsible for holding inventory, collecting payment, or servicing customers, and you are not authorized to do any of those things on our behalf.
Enrollment requires an active membership. We currently offer the following options:
Introductory & founding pricing. Founding-member and introductory prices are promotional, offered for a limited time and/or a limited number of enrollments, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. The price shown at the time you enroll is the price that applies to your enrollment (and, for the Annual Membership, the renewal terms disclosed at enrollment).
Payment authorization. By submitting your order you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the amount shown, plus any applicable taxes, to the payment method you provide, on the schedule described above. You represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.
What you earn. For each eligible, completed, and paid sale generated through your Ambassador account, you earn a fifty percent (50%) share of the profit Fixity Health realizes on that sale, as calculated by Fixity Health. "Profit" means the net amount Fixity Health retains on a sale after deducting applicable costs, which may include product and fulfillment cost, shipping, payment-processing and transaction fees, discounts, refunds, and chargebacks. Fixity Health determines eligible products, cost components, and profit calculations in good faith, and its calculations are final absent manifest error.
Attribution. A sale is credited to you only when our systems attribute it to your Ambassador account. Attribution windows, cookie or link durations, and tracking methods are set by us and may change. We are not responsible for sales that are not tracked to your account due to a customer's browser settings, ad-blockers, device changes, or similar factors outside our control.
When you are paid. Earned profit share is credited after the underlying sale has cleared and any applicable refund or return window has passed. Payouts are made on the schedule shown in your back office and may be subject to a minimum payout threshold. Amounts tied to orders that are later refunded, charged back, or reversed will be deducted ("clawed back") from current or future balances.
Taxes. You are solely responsible for all taxes on amounts you earn. Where required, we will request a Form W-9 and issue a Form 1099 (or other applicable tax form). We may withhold payment until required tax information is provided.
No guarantee of earnings. Earning any profit share depends entirely on sales you actually generate. See the Earnings & Income Disclaimer in Section 6.

Every effort has been made to represent the Fixity Ambassador Program and its potential accurately. However, there is no guarantee that you will earn any money, and nothing on this website, in our marketing materials, or in any communication from us should be taken as a promise or guarantee of earnings or income.
Any income figures, dollar amounts, examples, or results referenced anywhere in connection with the Program — including figures such as "an extra $21,950 a year," "$219.50 per customer," or any similar number — are illustrations and hypothetical examples only. They are not typical, are not averages, and are not a representation that you or anyone else will achieve the same or similar results.
Many participants will earn little or no money at all. A substantial number of people who enroll never make a sale. Your results depend entirely on factors we do not control — including your own effort, consistency, skill, audience, timing, market conditions, and your ability to follow the Program — and your results will vary significantly.
The Program is an income opportunity, not a job, a salary, or a guaranteed source of income. No person or company can guarantee profits or freedom from loss. You should not enroll if you cannot comfortably afford the membership fee, and you should not rely on any particular level of earnings. Any decision to participate is made solely at your own risk and based on your own due diligence.
By enrolling or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Earnings & Income Disclaimer.
As an Ambassador you are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner, joint venturer, or franchisee of Fixity Health. You have no authority to bind Fixity Health, make representations on its behalf, incur expenses for it, or speak for it except as expressly permitted in writing. You control how, when, and whether you promote; we do not control your methods, hours, or results. You are responsible for your own expenses, equipment, and taxes.
As a condition of participation, you agree that you will:
Violation of these rules may result in withheld or forfeited profit share, suspension, or termination, in addition to any other remedy available to us.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Fixity Health products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. The content on this website and in our materials is for general informational purposes only and is not medical, health, legal, tax, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning any supplement, program, or regimen, and before making financial decisions.
30-Day Membership Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Ambassador membership, you may request a full refund of your membership fee within 30 days of your initial enrollment by emailing us at the address in Section 20. Any profit share you have already properly earned remains yours, subject to Section 5 (including clawbacks for later refunds or chargebacks).
Cancellation of Annual Membership. You may cancel at any time to stop future annual renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term, and fees already paid are non-refundable except as provided by the 30-day guarantee or by law.
Lifetime Membership. The 30-day guarantee also applies to the Lifetime Membership. After 30 days, the one-time fee is non-refundable.
Product orders. Customer product and membership purchases are governed by the refund policy shown at checkout for those items.
All content, trademarks, logos, product names, copy, images, reports, and marketing materials on this site and in the Program are owned by or licensed to Fixity Health and are protected by United States and international intellectual-property laws. During your active membership and solely to promote Fixity Health in accordance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the marketing materials and referral assets we provide, in the form we provide them. This license ends automatically when your membership ends. You may not copy, modify, resell, sublicense, or redistribute our materials except as expressly permitted.
The Fixity Health Confidential library and other members-only materials are provided for the personal use of paying members and Ambassadors. You may share the approved promotional excerpts and free reports we provide, but you may not reproduce, post publicly, or redistribute the full members-only materials, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
These Terms apply while you use the site, hold a membership, or participate in the Program. We may suspend or terminate your account, membership, or participation at any time — with or without cause and with or without notice — including for any violation of these Terms. You may stop participating at any time. On termination, your license to our materials ends, you must stop using our marks and assets, and any properly earned, unpaid balance that meets the payout threshold will be paid on the normal schedule, less any clawbacks, unless termination is for fraud or a material violation, in which case we may withhold unpaid amounts to the extent permitted by law.
The site, the Program, and all materials are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or Program will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that you will achieve any particular result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fixity Health and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any lost profits, lost earnings, or lost data, arising out of or relating to the site, the Program, or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Program will not exceed the total membership fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fixity Health and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the Program, your marketing activities, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Except where prohibited, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, or the Program will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, seated in Orange County, Florida, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You and Fixity Health each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction. If arbitration is found not to apply to a given dispute, the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version at this address. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the site or the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the site and cancel your membership.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order forms or program rules we publish, are the entire agreement between you and Fixity Health regarding their subject matter and supersede prior agreements on that subject. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them. Headings are for convenience only.
